Predictable, perhaps even boring…but undoubtedly the first stop for any dedicated euro-web crawler. This is the main portal for information from the EU institutions and agencies. It provides up-to-date coverage of European Union affairs and essential information on European integration. A portal to almost everything you are looking for… almost!




 
No. 9. The Walter Hallstein Institute for European Constitutional Law

A comprehensive selection of resources in the form of working papers, speeches, symposia and a handy European Constitutional Law network of persons active in this area. In addition, you will find some interesting draft constitution documents. Note that most of this site and its contents are valuable in both German and English for those linguists amongst you.

Jurist EU has some good substantial content, helpful links and up-to-date news and scholarship. The site continues to be a choice search base for a general overview of recent EU developments, working papers, book reviews and other documentation. Take a minute to look into the 'Month in Luxembourg' for an essential summary of the most important up to the minute case law.

Highlights include its array of publications easily downloadable in English, French and very often one other language and its easily navigated research topics. This is one to keep an eye on for those of you charting the progression of the Convention and commentary thereon.
