Tatsuya
Murata graduated from the University of Tokyo in 1990. He passed the First-rank
National Public Service Examination of Law in 1989 and after the graduation he
started to work for the National Police Agency (NPA) which is an administrative
law enforcement agency working on criminal investigation, crime prevention,
national security, protection of traffic safety and so on. While at NPA, he
gave legal advice on investigative activities to local police and played an
important role in making a draft to amend the Criminal Law and the Criminal
Procedure Act against high-tech crimes as an assistant manager of the
Investigative Planning Section. He also passed the National Bar Exam in 1995
and finished the professional legal training. |
