
Sungjoon Cho (Korea) SJD, Harvard Law
School - Fellows for the Academic Year 2002-2003
Sungjoon Cho received his LL.M.-International Economic Law degree at
University of Michigan Law School in 1997 and his S.J.D. degree at Harvard Law
School in 2002.
His
research interest includes international trade law, public international law
and comparative law. As an Emile Noel Fellow, his research and study will focus
on the WTO dispute settlement system as well as development issues in
international trade law.
Before
he came to the US in 1996, he had worked for the Korean Government for several
years, taking charge of international negotiations under the auspices of the
WTO and the OECD. He will teach international trade law and public
international law at Chicago-Kent College of Law, Illinois Institute of
Technology starting from September 2003. |
