Christoph Moellers, is an assistant at the Faculty of Law of The
University of Heidelberg.
He
received his First State Exam in Munich, his Second in Berlin. He holds a Dr.
jur from the University of Munich and an LL.M. from the University of Chicago.
Christoph Moellers has published on German and European
constitutional and administrative law, the constitutional history and theory of
the Weimar Republic and cultural theory of law.
His
research includes: Staat als Argument (Munich, C.H. Beck, 2000), German Legal
Book of the Year 2001. He will work at the Jean Monnet Center on the meaning of
separation of powers in multi-level governmental structures. |
