The New Public Law - Call for Papers
On the 19th and 20th of September, 2010, New York University (NYU) School of Law hosted a seminar entitled The New Public Law in a Global (Dis)Order – A Perspective from Italy.
This initiative was borne of the collaboration between the Jean Monnet Center at NYU School of Law and the Irpa (Istituto di ricerche sulla pubblica amministrazione - Institute for research on public administration). Irpa is a nonprofit organization, founded in 2004 by Sabino Cassese and other professors of administrative law, which promotes advanced studies and research in the fields of public law and public administration. The seminar's purpose was to focus attention, in the international context, on the original and innovative contributions made by Italian legal scholars to the study of the transformations of the State, and to the fields of public law and public administration generally.
