Kabab Maghdour

Ingredients
(prepare for 3 people)

- Half a kilogram lamb
meat for skewers
- 1 big or 2 small
finely chopped onions
- Fresh chopped parsley
- Salt
- Pepper
- Ground cumin (2
spoons)
- Ground paprika pepper
(or chili for those who prefer it hot) (1 spoon)
- Olive oil (2 large
spoons)
- 1 small
tomato
- 3 eggs

Directions
Heat olive oil in
saucepan. Add meat, onions, parsley and spices. Cook on light heat until sauce
becomes thick. A few minutes before serving, break eggs on top and let them
cook in the sauce, without stirring. |

These tajines
are usually served with bread, preferably whole meal Moroccan bread or
baguettes. For a better taste, eat WITH THE HANDS!
