The Tenth Annual Caroline and Joseph S. Gruss Lecture:
The Gruss Lecture this year is entitled "Law and the Political Culture of Israel" and will be delivered by Professor Menachem Mautner, Danielle Rubinstein Professor of Comparative Civil Law and Jurisprudence, Tel Aviv University.
The Annual Gruss Lecture Series was inaugurated in 2003 by Dr. Haym
Soloveitchik, who was followed by Moshe Halbertal, Robert Alter, Leon Wieseltier, Michael Walzer, Arnold Eisen, Ruth Gavison, James Kugel and Gary Anderson.
A Kosher reception will follow the lecture.
